#WeGotThis - 13- Rough Patch


Experiencing a rough patch with your mental health. For a few days/weeks you don’t feel yourself. You may feel down, vulnerable, irritable or anxious.


How do you deal with these times? Can you tell someone about it? Do you even admit to yourself it is happening?


I find exercise really helps during these times. Gentle running where repetitive movement and a higher heart rate soothes me is what I turn to. What about you?


Inspired by some beautiful people I met with recently and also by @mental_health_runner. He tagged me in his last post and that’s what made me decide to go with this post.


Admitting this happens to you and sharing how you deal with it can really help others who feel alone with this.
