All the features of the 1-1 Personal Training package but without you having to leave your home! Our sessions will be via Zoom (a free app to download) on your laptop or PC.
With my online package distance is no longer an obstacle. You can have personal training sessions with me in the comfort of your own home. Also, if you would rather not leave your home due to Covid-19 or any other reason, then this is an ideal option for you.
Having worked together to define your goals, our weekly 1-hour sessions will be your time to focus on building your fitness, strength and confidence.
I will keep you feeling motivated and challenged throughout - with bespoke sessions designed specifically for you. These will be delivered via Zoom where I can guide you as I would do in person; and keep you challenged and motivated the whole time.
I will use my Level 4 knowledge and experience to create a programme that takes your wellbeing into account. With me you get a unique Personal Trainer who has a passion for fitness and an appreciation of how it links to our mental health. Therefore if you need someone who will both challenge and understand you, I'd love to hear from you.

Booked in blocks of 6 (enough time to see real progress), this package includes:
• Weekly 1-hour PT sessions entirely tailored to you, what you enjoy and to your goals. Delivered via Zoom.
• A bespoke fitness programme with additional workouts for you to complete in your own time (optional).
• Regular contact with me for advice and guidance.
