A really motivating way to kick-start your self-care!

 

This is a fun, affordable option for those wanting to progress within a close group. My small group PT programmes are for 4 people and run for blocks of 12 weeks. Enough time to see a real difference in your fitness.

 

Your sessions together will be fantastic for improving your fitness, strength and wellbeing. Working in a group and sweating it out together have two great benefits - support and competition. Your quartet (and myself!) will be there to both push and help you. 

 

We will work in an outside space such as a local park or a garden convenient for the group.

 

I will use my Level 4 knowledge and experience to create a group programme that takes your wellbeing into account. With me you get a unique Personal Trainer who has a passion for fitness and an appreciation of how it links to our mental health.

 

You may wish to join on your own (lioness!) or have a friend (or 3) who would love to move and progress together. Either way, send me your details and we can go from there.
