We will work together on defining your goals and establishing a training programme bespoke to you. Our 1-hour sessions will be YOUR time to focus on feeling motivated and challenged. I want to get you to move your body in ways that you enjoy; be that walking, swimming, dancing, running, cycling, playing a team sport etc – literally anything goes! Booked in blocks of 6 (enough time to see real progress), this package includes: • Weekly 1-hour PT sessions entirely tailored to you, what you enjoy and to your goals. • A bespoke fitness programme for additional workouts (optional). • Regular contact with me for advice and motivation. If you haven’t trained with me before then book a free 30-minute consultation for an informal chat. The end-goal? To give you the time and focus on feeling good about yourself. I want to get you to move your body in ways that you enjoy; be that walking, swimming, dancing, running, cycling, playing a team sport etc – literally anything goes! And nutrition? My ethos is to ditch the diet-culture which most of us live by. I will encourage you to learn to eat without rules or restrictions; and how you can listen to what your body needs (not what the latest diet, app or gadget tells you). Lastly, there will be a unique focus on wellbeing. Throughout there will be regular catch-ups to see how you are doing with the programme (and generally!). We can use these times to see how your newly-found focus on yourself (kudos to you!) is fitting into your life. So as you can see – a personal training programme with me aims to be a holistic and empowering experience for you. Hard work …yes. Mentally challenging…yes. However the benefits you will gain from committing to your self-care, having fun moving your body and challenging how you think about food will be long-lasting.
